  2. Search or Scan: Search for the food item you consumed using keywords. You can also scan barcodes for quick input.
  3. Select Serving Size: Choose the appropriate serving size or adjust portions based on what you ate.
  4. Add Details: Provide any additional details, such as preparation methods or ingredients, to make your logging accurate.
  5. Save and Review: Save the entry. Review your daily intake, including macronutrients (carbs, proteins, fats) and calories.
  6. Track Hydration: Don’t forget to log your water intake throughout the day using the hydration tracker.
  7. Use the Database: Explore our food database for common items. You can even save your favorite meals for easy future logging.
