- 2 Whole Eggs
- 2 Corn Tortillas
- 2 Tbsp Fat-Free Refried Beans
- Pico de Gallo (chopped tomato, jalapeño, and onion)
- Hot Sauce
Bake your corn tortillas at 400F for 10 minutes and flip them half way.
Prepare your scrambled eggs.
Heat your beans.
Top corn tortillas with beans, scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, and avocado, and drizzle with your favorite hot sauce.
