Start each day with a grateful crepe.

Ingredients

  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Almond Milk

Optional

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Instructions

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat a pan and grease with coconut oil.

Step 3

Add the mixture to the center of the pan and rotate until you form a thin layer of mixture in the whole pan.

Step 4

Flip the crepe when the edges start to take a golden color and there are tinny bubbles in the mixture.

Step 5

Repeat the same process until you finish the whole mixture.

Step 6

Fill with your favorite sweet or salty toppings.
