Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Toppings Berries, Peanut Butter, Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

Instructions

Step 1

Blend all the ingredients.

Step 2

Heat a pan and grease it with ghee or coconut oil.

Step 3

Pour a scoop of batter until bubbles form and flip until both sides are cooked. Repeat the process until you finish the whole batter.

Step 4

Top with chopped berries, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
