Since achieving healthy habits is more than just exercise and nutrition, we’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness, creating daily routines, activities, and more.

How is the session structured?

In each session, we will be working in a specific pattern.

How long is the duration of each session?

It could be from 45-50 minutes.

What happens after reaching my goal?

With every goal comes with a new one, we will be happily to help you with your new goal if you are open to or we will be excited as well if you are ready to achieving your new goal on your own.

What do I need for a session?

A computer with good internet and a open attitude.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the plan you choose. We have a 3 or 9 week program which includes a  payment plan.

Do I need to sign a contract?
